Thanks for shopping at Deeasjer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Because custom and personalized shoes are made just for you, they are not refundable. Please, contact us if you have any problem with your order. unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Please be aware that buying something personal to you means that it becomes custom made or personalised and therefore is exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
That means that unless the item is faulty you cannot send it back if you just change your mind. If you provide your size and measurements and the garment is made to those measurements you cannot send it back if it doesn’t fit.
Similarly, if you ask for a shoes or gown to be made in several different fabrics and then decide that you don’t like how it looks you will be unable to send it back for a refund unless it is faulty.
I am always happy to talk to customers via email and help them decide the best size of there purchase.

If your item is faulty and you need to return your item You have 14 days from the date you received your order if there is no fault with the item it can not be returned as all our product are handmade. Items must be returned at customer expense - Please note Taxes may apply in certain regions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all Deeasjer labels still attached, with your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shoes must be tried on indoors and not show any sign of wear. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Want to exchange or return an item?
First, reference our return policy above and make sure the items to be returned meet all of our criteria. Next, complete the return form and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, DHL, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customer duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take 10-14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Right to cancel – if you’re order is custom made, personalised or bespoke the good can not be returned or refunded if the good are not faulty.
After sales Service
If you lose any of your precious Swarovski crystals, rose’s. Please note this does not apply to all styles Please send your repair back to Deeasjer at the address below with your contact details. A member of our customer service team will contact you on receipt of your repair and we will endeavour to have your Deeasjers back with you within 14-21 days.

Roses replacement: £45-75
New sock: £25
